Philosophy:
I take a non-judgemental, collaborative approach in helping individuals create happier and more fulfilling lives. In a warm and safe environment, clients can gain greater awareness of themselves and how they function. For with greater awareness comes more choice in how we operate. Without that awareness and choice, we tend to operate on "autopilot" - habitual behaviors shaped by childhood and evolution. These habits often incorporate fear, doubt, worry, shame, or compulsion. The more we free ourselves from these habits of the past, the more flexible, happy, and authentic we are able to be.
I work to help people transform anxiety or depression into greater self esteem, healthier relationships, and reaching one's full potential. Given my personal experience in the arts, I have an intimate understanding of the artistic mind and the creative process.
I have witnessed that no habit patterns are permanently fixed and no one is permanently stuck.
Since every person is unique, I tailor my approach using both therapeutic and meditation techniques to the individual needs of the client.
